 The Vessel Smart Assessment Platform (VSAP) is a cloud-based engagement, assessment, and intelligence platform designed to help manufacturers, consultants, economic development organizations, MEP centers, associations, and government agencies better understand client needs, identify opportunities, and deliver measurable outcomes. VSAP combines assessments, benchmarking, automated reporting, smart recommendations, client portals, dashboards, progress tracking, and ecosystem intelligence into a single system, reducing discovery and assessment workflows from 25–30 hours to approximately 5 hours while replacing multiple disconnected tools. The platform helps organizations improve client engagement, increase project conversion rates, support continuous improvement through reassessments, and provide data-driven insights that guide strategic decision-making and economic impact reporting.

The opportunity is ideal for an organized, proactive professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats across business development, customer success, technical support, and project coordination. This role would help manage client relationships, support onboarding and training, coordinate implementation projects, track sales opportunities and follow-up activities, assist with product demonstrations, provide first-line customer support, organize internal workflows, and ensure projects move efficiently from prospect to long-term customer success. Success in the role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, comfort with technology, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a passion for helping organizations achieve meaningful results through software and consulting solutions.
