Anzalone Pizza

I’m Tyler Anzalone, and this is my wife Kik. I’ve been tossing dough and perfecting my sauce since I was old enough to work. I’ve spent over a decade working as a pizza chef for restaurants big and small. When my wife entered the U.S. in 2019, we knew it was our time to follow the American dream of owning our own business. We decided to combine our passions of serving and cooking and develop it into our first pizza truck. We bring a blend of classic Neapolitan style pizza with a modern twist. We stand strong when we say we have the one and only REAL Thai pizza in the Treasure Valley. With traditional hand mixed dough made from local flour and high quality fresh bakers yeast, our crust is as close as it gets to Italy.
