After separating from 13.5 years in the Air National Guard as an enlisted member, I needed a purpose. My drive has always been to help others. I started in restoration as a mitigation technician in the spring of 2019. From there I was introduced to carpet cleaning. I scored an 96% pass on my IICRC certification in December of 2021. The chemistry involved and knowledge of fibers, not to mention the satisfaction in seeing the difference a clean carpet gives us, has made me decide this is what I want to do to make a difference in someone's life.
