Stand Sure Coaching helps individuals navigate life’s transitions with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Whether you're facing a career change, rebuilding after a setback, or simply feeling stuck, we create a personalized, strengths-based coaching experience that meets you where you are.

Founded by Rob Anderson, a certified coach with over 20 years of experience in Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, and the veteran community, Stand Sure Coaching blends practical tools with deep conversations to help clients uncover what truly matters. Rob is also a U.S. Air Force veteran and understands the unique needs of service members, especially during reintegration or post-military identity shifts.

We specialize in confidence coaching, resilience building, military-to-civilian transition, and personal development. Coaching sessions are designed to be actionable and grounded, helping you move forward without the fluff.

At Stand Sure Coaching, we don’t give you answers—we help you find your own. It's not therapy. It’s not consulting. It's coaching that helps you stand sure when the ground beneath you feels uncertain.
