Y'all eat, so eat some history. The American Chuck Wagon experience. The Long Trail Chuck Wagon cook, will bring you, your guests, that full immersion experience and meal, the Western way. Our history, your memories. Whether in the privacy of you or friends home or in the open with the full chuck wagon, our chef Steve with plan the menu, purchase the groceries, prep, cook and serve. Even the clean up is handled.

Chef Steve has prepared meals for decades. He has prepared small intimate meals for very special occasions, and weddings. He has cooked for cowboys during spring round up, first responders and students during their mission trips in Mexico. Whether it has been the cattle drives, the calls, the missions, the job, let us bring you, your quests "home" at the wagon for the total experience and a memorable meal.
